Admin Executive

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and office coordination

  • Prepare reports, data entry, and maintain records with accuracy

  • Ensure proper filing and timely reporting

  • Assist in stock take and cycle count activities

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of documentation area

 
Requirements:

Purchase
Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Send purchase order to supplier

  • Book container with shipping company

  • Coordinate with logistics, supplier, and sales teams for smooth dispatch

  • Ensure proper filing and timely reporting

  • Good time management & high responsibility 

 
Requirements:
  • Diploma or SPM with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, check, and store incoming inventory

  • Assist in monthly and yearly stock audits

  • Report damaged or missing goods promptly

 
Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred

Indoor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage walk-in customers and provide product consultations

 Requirements:
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools

  • Eye for detail and storytelling through video

  • Able to work under tight timelines and adapt to feedback

  • Prior video editing experience with a portfolio

Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on products, selling points, and service SOPs

  • Prepare training manuals, presentations, and visual aids

  • Provide updates on new products or features

  • Assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements

  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments

 
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Education, or related fields

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in training, coaching, or retail/sales is a plus

  • Confident, patient, and enthusiastic in delivering training
